Certified True Copies & Signature Legalization
Certification of copies and legalization of signatures, so that your originals can stay safely with you.
Many universities, employers, banks and foreign authorities ask for a certified true copy (copie certifiée conforme) instead of the original. In Morocco, copies are certified and signatures are legalized at the competent local administrative offices; notaries and adouls authenticate deeds they draft themselves.
We prepare certified copies of your identity documents, diplomas, civil status records and company papers, arrange signature legalizations for declarations, consent letters and commitments, and chain them with sworn translation, apostille or embassy legalization when the destination requires it.

Frequently asked questions
Is a certified true copy accepted abroad?
Often yes, but some countries also require the certification itself to be apostilled or legalized. We check the destination's rules and complete the chain if needed.
Can you certify a copy of a foreign document?
Certification of copies in Morocco applies to documents presented with their original. For foreign documents we advise you on the best route – certification in Morocco or in the issuing country via our international network.
Do I have to be present for a signature legalization?
Yes – the person who signs must appear in person with their ID. We prepare the document, book the step and handle everything that follows (translation, apostille, legalization).
